Bennington Battle Day Weekend 2024

The Bennington Battle Day celebration in 2024 will be a weekend-long event, running from Friday, August 16th to Sunday, August 18th.

The main event, the Battle Day Parade, will be held on Sunday, August 18th from noon to 2 pm. Other festivities are planned throughout the weekend, including a car cruise, a fireman’s lunch, a chicken barbeque, and a kids’ activity day.

2024 Battle Day Celebrations – Friday August 16 to Sunday August 18

• 8/15/24 – Thursday, Car Cruise-in with Hemmings News & Thursday Night Live Musical Performance (5-8pm) PLUS free admission at all state historic sites
• 8/16/24 – Friday, Fireman’s Lunch, Chicken Barbeque & Vegas Night
• 8/17/24 – Saturday,  20th annual Battle Day 5k Road Race, Moodus Fife & Drum, Kid Activity Day at Veterans Home
• 8/18/24 – Sunday, Battle Day Parade – noon to 2 pm. For parade participants, lineup at 10:30 am.
• 8/18/24 – 50/50 raffle winners announced (raffle tickets available at prior events or email)
